Wearing 222 by Lake & Skye

Whew, birthday party is finished and I'm beat but ready to try a couple scents 😅 I was excited for this one but...

This smells very similar to Mineral Milk to me or Choux Choux, somewhere in between. But without sandlewood but instead a super loud musk. It's not nutty like I expected, even on paper it wasn't anywhere as lactonic or soft like they describe. I'm getting this weird overpowering musk, gives me a headache. They call it airy musk and apparently that means salty air cause that's what I'm getting. And I'm getting sick of the salt trend tbh, it's a note I was enjoying but is starting to turn my stomach.

What is this musk? Both this and 5 sens Happy Tears I tried a few days ago have this overwhelming musk in it that smells to me almost like sandlewood and it isn't a soft comforting musk that I enjoy but it screams over the rest of the notes.

Really thought this was going to be a new favorite
