Absolue 6AM Rose

6AM Rose is a fruity, musky, soapy rose perfume. The opening is quite peppery, which I enjoy. There is a strong apple note - which is crisp and refreshing, but it really makes this one smell like a rosy apple shampoo. It definitely lives up to its name - I can see this being a great out of the shower scent to start the day off feeling fresh. I think this is an easy crowd pleaser if you just want to smell nice. It is a bit too much of a generic (but pretty) shampoo scent for me!

Projection is good for around 3 hours and it lasts on skin for roughly 10 hours. Plenty of time for a workday workhorse.

It is appropriate for daily activities such as work and school, and would shine in the spring and summer. I rate this one a 5/10. Though it smells nice enough and has good performance, to me, it isn't doing anything special.
