At this point do I follow through the dispute with my bank (which has been in process for 2 weeks now) and tell the company to cancel, or let fate play this out and risk having to re-dispute on further problems... 🫠 This has been a lot of effort

Thank you. Nothing to do now until the order can be stocked/shipped and hope it arrives before october 4th, in which case Ill have to cancel the ongoing dispute with the bank (costing them and me a lot of wasted headache). If it does ship and doesnt arrive before the 4th then have to re-pay the company and risk this nonsense process again, or ship the item back and pay the 150 or so shipping return for DHL express. I am exhausted lmao. My bank has acted like I just want a refund when I explicity stated I needed to confirm final placement and not to further the dispute. 14 back and forth emails later and they wouldnt trace so i bluffed to the retailer and thank god it worked and they started investigating their end, or wouldnt have without it. I used to work as a bank employee and did my due diligence proactively but it is what it is lol.
