I have now secured 60mL of this and 105mL of the OG Winter Star Extrait of Angel and I feel extremely safe.

A brief esníf:

It’s good. It starts very earthy and dirty but refined. This isn’t the same patchouli from the original Angel— there’s a lot of natural patchouli happening with the synthetics.

The cherry and cognac are there and pop out to say hello but nothing will beat the OG Winter Star Extrait the MELON ANGEL!!!!!

Otherwise, this is a fabulous version of Angel if the original was to abrasive for you. Just order a bottle from the Ukraine and wait a few months :D

    🤣🤣 roll on winter, I’m going to start keeping my ‘on the go’ decants under my hat. I probably really need to put my big girl pants on and maybe try Angel (and other Mugler’s) again.. maybe. Also loving the whole rust and teal hues in this video 💗🤗

    I’ve still never tried Pure Malt. I had the OG multiple times, it’s great. Weird, challenging, influential as hell of course. But I’ve only tried Pure Havane from all the other flankers unfortunately. Hard to get your hands on these days.

      Yeah I got lucky because when they took it out of Macy’s I got all the testers! Havane is the worst but it’s still good

      Yeah I was expecting a lot because some people REALLY love it but I left thinking “it’s good but not THAT good” lol. A lot of respect for the perfuming methods used and commitment though. Like actually aging the booze and in barrels and such
