Hyper-tart apple, but adore the mid & base

(10:30-1:30pm) For some reason, on me this is super tart and green for so long. My partner says the apple is "very crisp," and I say "that's not even like an apple, that's just green. If it's an apple, it's underripe." And the green stays on me for like 2-3 hours before it finally starts to evolve to sweetness. (1:30-2:30pm) Now it's a bit like cinnamony dough, sweet but not overly so, and slightly caramelized, but more bready. Very pleasant and not cloying, but the road to get here was longer than I'd like. I will say, it's interesting how much the scent changes over time, and someone could apply this midday for a daytime scent which later becomes an evening scent. Oh, and now (4:30pm) it's becoming truly deep, sweet, and caramelized. I applied this quite sparsely and this lasted me longer than most fragrances do!
