I tried to include a layer with this, but the layer isn't showing up—it's layered with Soft Cloud

I know you wanna, go to the skies, but you got to get Cloud and layer Steamed Rainbow if you wanna have a chance. One of a handful of layers I feel that improve two icky things and make them nice!
