I got this one through a recent new release masterclass. It opens very briefly with the smell of banana lollies (you know the ones from school canteen). It then settles into a taffy smell. I wasn't sure I would like this - who wants to smell like banana - but once that initial blast is gone it really is syrup, coconut and frangipangi. I am not sure whether it would get cloying in the heat (?). You could definitely wear spring through autumn. Sillage is ok. Longevity is TBC. Anyway, I have put the sample away and will retest once warm weather rolls around.

    I had to google Taffy (I thought this was another word for a toffee , but I think it’s more like a Chewit?).. so it’s very sweet and fruity?

      Yeah, fruity and sweet and kinda smells like you could chew it. Think it's the maple syrup + banana note combo.

    This is such a controversial fragrance but I loved it! I’ve put it away for the summer as it does get a teeny bit cloying but I plan to break it out in slightly cooler weather to fully enjoy it
