Scent Review: Oidorem Berry Pleased

I have a "high-heat rapid-combustion canvas", which basically means airy and fruity top notes disappear almost instantaneously on my skin. However, that is not the case here. The opening spray is very sweet with a robust, tart & sour berry. It does soften quickly, which I would attribute to the vanilla.

While it stays true to the berry opening throughout the wear, it does soften so it is not as in your face. I can detect the blueberry but honestly all the opening fruits blend so well together that I can’t pick out an exact berry. I think the prolonged sweetness may be a result of the added marshmallow note.

The more I experience this, it comes across like a compote. I can detect the syrup and berry sweetness all at once.

This is categorized as a gourmand but my nose doesn’t read it as a typical gourmand.
