Olfactory misadventure

I was trying to write a review for this perfume for quite some time. But somehow, a feeling it invokes is almost impossible to describe in words, until a realisation hit me: this is exactly what this scent is. An incomplete statement, an under prepared speech, losing your place in a text and a struggle to bring yourself back to the pace. Maybe it's exactly what this is supposed to be about.

Bold, refreshing beginning of a citrusy lavender gets lost in the woods, patchouli gives lavender an unpleasant medicinal quality. Coffee is there, but seems out of place, a passenger taking a wrong train and now eager to leave as soon as possible. In the end, odd medicinal wood remains with a slight hint of now stuffy lavender that overstays its welcome.

This perfume encapsulates the feeling of disruption and utter confusion. It starts out lovely but then gets all over the place and stops being anything coherent fast. Again, I must say, if that was the intention, it seems like an interesting idea, but it's not something I would wear or recommend personally.
