Perfectly balanced creamy-fresh number

God, I love this scent. It’s a perfect example of a true savoury gourmand — not a hint of vanilla or caramel as far as the eye can see (or… sniff, I guess. Sniffin’ eyes. You know what I mean).

Tomato leaf is so hard to nail & this scent absolutely knocks it out of the park through a combination of basil, mint & eucalyptus. It’s spot-on for that smell of fresh truss tomatoes — so good!

In addition to this, there’s a lactonic thread to this tapestry that provides a slightly creamy opacity to this scent — and while I’m not usually a lactonic person, it’s so well-balanced in this concoction that I find myself actually seeking out that note here, like a little kid discovering they might actually *like* broccoli (but only if you cook it like Grandma cooks it).

Excellent performance for this extrait, considering it’s largely green — something I think we can attribute to the presence of that lactonic note, which could be acting as a fixative here. On me, this scent lasts a good 8 hours, easy, though it does become skin-close at about 5 hours in. Not a crazy projection, but it does alright — about arm’s length. It’s not obtrusive, but it hangs about well, making it perfect for easy wearing.

All in all, this is a perfect green, fresh, dry, spring-summer number that has well & truly earned its way to my heart. ❤️
