The only true gourmand fragrance in my collection to date!

Black Phantom was a revalation for me. I've always enjoyed the way gourmand fragrances smelled, but never imagined myself actually wearing one, let alone buying one. That is, until I tried Black Phantom earlier this year.

Oh my god, this stuff is incredible. Opens with some notable booziness, along with that dense blend of dark chocolate, coffee, and almond. It almost comes off like a dark chocolate, peanut butter, and coffee cocktail. Complex, captivating, dark, sexy, and absolutely intoxicating.

As it dries down, that booziness dials back and the sweetness becomes more notable, without every feeling overpowering. It maintains its beautiful, dark allure from beginning to end.

Performance is also incredible on my skin. I get moderate projection (which I prefer), with a great sillage, and 8+ hours of longevity easily.

I never thought a gourmand fragrance would enter my rotation, and now I can't imagine going without this. It's opened my world to the potential of dark gourmands, which I can't wait to dive deeper into once it starts to cool down a bit this fall/winter!
