This is the cream of the crop, my 1989 bottle of EDP (in linked pic is a backup) is the most prized possession next to my Cuir de Russie by Chanel and Farnesiana by Caron.

The smell?

A burst of chewy, honeyed, deeply rich and animalic florals sweeten your senses as a dominant white floral accord tickles the insides of your nose, coating each hair. It isn’t purple grape florals, it isn’t light jasmine breeze, it’s a big honking floral like a goose. It says HELLO I AM A FLORAL HONK HONK.

Top: marigold ad basil herbaceousness serves as the only foil to the rich pink white floral while a bit of juicy sweet citrus brightens the affair

Heart: narcissus, iris, ylang-ylang, and most obviously tuberose occupy this land. It doesn’t smell like you think it does. You’ve never smelled a floral like this. If the old version of Carnal Flower had the intensity of Chamade extrait and the richness of Poison espirit d’parfum with the same type of bouquet seen in No. 22 extrait yet even richer and more intense.

Base: amber, vanilla, mother’s sweet embrace, and the most refined complex animalics that have made this so special all along…
