New scent - and I love it

Creaky Floorboards by itself goes on quietly, and has an interesting bit of sharpness until it has dried; it then literally smells like a disused room. Maybe one with a window left open a tiny crack; clean, but nature wants back in. For outside of the house, I decided to layer it with As Dark Things Are Meant to Be Loved by Alkemia, and it works, at least for me. The opening that felt so loud and jangly is tempered by the Hexennacht scent and once everything is dry, the Creaky Floorboards give support (heh) to the Alkemia perfume, giving a more operatic smell -- if you were the prompter under the stage, that is. You may smell the flowers tossed to the soloist, but you know that they aren't for you.
