   It was nice, but not as mind blowing as I envisioned lol. The steamed rainbow canceled out the butteriness of dandelion butter, which is the best part! So overall it just became a different type of freshness.

   I got a huge hit of butter the first time I tried this and then subsequent times less so? I do like when I can get the grassy fig in this but one of my faves is Stora Skuggan Monkeyflower which this is often compared to, but I much prefer!

      Yes Monkeyflower is amazing too! I sampled it after I already had dandelion butter and can’t justify having both lol.
