Testing

Testing the scent I bought from last week's exhibition in Bangkok. I had a sinus infection that day, so my scent perception was a bit altered, but this one managed to catch my attention.

It opens with a "hot air" note, which is warm-smelling with an aromatic herbal hint, reminding me of a hot balm, then dries down to a round, woody, and ambery base.

I'm still on my search for dry, coarse, woody fragrances (like Encre Noire A L'Extreme and Tam Dao Eau de Parfum), so this one doesn't make the cut for my full bottle buy list.

The performance: It dries down to a skin scent after a few hours, but to be fair to them, I am currently recovering from a sinus infection.
