There’s an airy, powdery accord lurking on the edges that isn’t quite my favourite, but it’s a lovely warm hug otherwise. I’ll have to try the edp at some point and see how they differ.

In general I’ve seen Diptyque dinged on longevity v price, so I’ve refrained from sampling or gifting to date. What’s your take?

So far I’ve only been wearing it two hours so I’ll let you know later what my verdict is in terms of longevity. The only other Diptyque I’ve tried so far is Lilyphea and I got medium longevity out of that.

It lasted pretty well on me, especially considering it’s an edt! Soft projection for maybe 2.5 hours before it settled down closer. It’s 12 hours later and I can still smell it faintly.
