Super green spring floral. It’s mainly lilacs but some hyacinth in there, still wet from April showers. A little bit of dirty indole on opening that just makes it moorish. What I really love about this is the base. Where most of my green florals stay very bright, the dry down has a smooth, powdery creaminess to it from the rice and wheat yet remains light. There’s a little lick of waxiness and floral spice that you get from bluebells, delicately so. It’s like standing in a garden filled with spring flowers whilst looking a a pastel drawing of spring flowers in a vase at the same time. Feels nice and fresh and elegant in the sunshine today. Beautiful 😍

      It’s kinda like the soft powdery creaminess that’s in Poppy & Barley but En Passant stays more fresh, floral and green.

      I’m not a total lover of full on poopy indoles, but this one just seems so nice. I don’t think I’d want a FB when I get to the end of the decant, but I do enjoy it.
