But being influenced by name or not, this feels like one to me, or maybe an outdoor pool. What it DOESN'T feel like is the syrupy fruit the notes look like to me. It comes across as way more of a modern aquatic and not sweet at all. I enjoy wearing it very much. Surprisingly long lasting.

Bottle is a bit tacky though. Pretty, but in a cutesy little girl way that doesn't match the fragrance.

    I have a mini of this🧡not personally a huge fan of aquatic freshies, but I like this one enough to get another mini after it's done😊I also don't get "syrupy" fruit from this; the lychee, Peony and white wood notes read/ smell the loudest on my skin🤷🏾‍♀️

      I am not getting any honey at all! It's pretty hot here in general so I do like aquatics as long as they are pretty feminine. (I know scent has no gender but I do like pretty over masc).

      It's undeniable that, throughout history, most notes have been marketed to specific genders, so I really understand where you're coming from! I prefer the "pretty" ones and ESPECIALLY any that smell like old school makeup compact powder, indolic florals and syrupy sweetness bordering cloying—I'm JUST starting to like chypres lol

      I love flowers and fruits so much, and I like a good chypre as it feels so balanced. I might be stereotyping myself--I might only be soft femme but my wife is butch! We do seem naturally drawn to femme scents for me and masc for her. As much as I love some of her "men's" scents I never want to wear them, and a lot of mine get a dubious "It's very sweet" from her

      Honestly I can embrace the tackiness too! But it makes it look like it should smell like one of the super weak Barbie perfumes of my youth.
