It's smoother than the original. I never like the original due to some screechyness in the opening. Headache inducing, really. And mega super peppery.
This one removes some of that sharp / harshness and smooths it out. Performance is strong and projection is strong. This is a much better version of this DNA in my opinion. More amber / leather forward.
