Tokyo is one my favorite places in the entire world. Gaiac 10 is not the sparkling, glamorous, new Tokyo; rather, it’s the quiet alleys between busy streets, smoky izakayas, neighborhood temples burning incense, vintage record and bookstores, and 6-seater whisky bars. Smoky, woody, mysterious. If only it weren’t so fleeting, this fragrance would easily have a spot in my permanent collection.
