Possibly because mine macerated for 9 years, but man... I thought I would love this based on the notes, but it ended up so mild. A good all-rounder and pleasant, but wasn't nearly as rich, deep, or warm as I hoped or expected. Maybe someday I will get to try a newer bottle in store and it will be surprisingly good. Could also just be my preference for very strong and intense scents. But this felt very bland and soft to me.
