This fragrance is supposed to be inspired by Rare Beauty's Rare...but it's nothing like it. Rare has notes of caramel, pink pepper, pistachio, vanilla, ginger, cocoa, sandalwood, tonka and musk. Gourmand Caramel has fruity notes and a bunch of indolic florals. It smells more like Good Girl than Rare and I absolutely hate it. It has hardly anything in common with Rare besides the caramel, vanilla and pink pepper notes. Dossier usually is spot on with their dupes, but this one is completely off the mark.

    How are you gonna leave out the pistachio AND the ginger and try to pass this off as “inspired by”?! Also, I don’t think that Rare is at a price point where it even needs to be duped. Of course, $ is personal, but in the perfume world, Rare is practically a bargain.

      Honestly, the only reason I even picked it up over Rare was because it was on sale and discounted even further if I bought 4 fragrances and I already had three in my cart. Definitely grabbing the real deal now.

      I like Dossier we have 3 scents from the brand so don't get me wrong lol 😆 but def with lower priced bottles it's hard to beat the OG
