Ink opens fresh and aquatic; sage and ambergris with bergamot and grapefruit. The citrus is smooth, not biting, and the ambergris keeps everything cool.
As Ink dries down, the citrus notes relax a bit, allowing the sandalwood, vetiver, musk, and “milky amberwood” to come through. The fresh, aquatic feel stays and the woods are dry, almost powdery.
This ink is more blue than black; splashing onto paper like waves over sand and driftwood.
