Such an interesting scent

I had to create an entry for this one, so I imagine it's extra niche. Plus, the house of La Closerie is from 2019.

That said, the fragrance surprised me and I'm definitely trying it again. I don't think I'm huge fan of powdery scents but here we go. The first impression from the opening to the drydown was quite nice and interesting. I definitely get the Iris and I imagine the Coriander is the weird thing I'm not used to. I could imagine people getting detergent vibes, especially with the Violet but I personally don't mind that.

Behind those, there is definitely warmth and sweetness from the Vanilla and Tonka Beans. I wouldn't say it's overly sweet or cloying but then again, I've tried it only once.

The scent on my skin lasted quite long. It's been about 8 hours, I've showered and I can still smell it on me. The washed out drydown is beautiful. For the projection and sillage, I would guess moderate to decent.
