Four-season iris

Iris Shot smells nothing like any of my (many) iris perfumes. It’s edgier without trying hard. It’s cool. It’s unique. It opens with cardamom and pink pepper set atop aldehydes. It gives the scent some spicy lift right off the top. The iris takes a while to reveal itself and when it does it’s slightly powdery and vegetal, but y he Virginia cedar at the base plays well with the aldehydes and cardamom giving the overall impression of a dry perfume, parched but not dusty. Where many iris perfumes play in to powder or rooty orris, Iris Shot goes a different way. Dry. Spicy. Cool. Four-season easy reach. Unisex.
