   I LOVE la belle le parfum and I think they discontinued it right? I was looking for something similar

      I would say that Trousseau is more subtle than Le Parfum in terms of sillage, and it sits more in "clean" territory for me than "gourmand" (and Le Parfum sits in gourmand territory on my skin, at least). I couldn't replace Trousseau with Le Parfum, but I should say here that I just got a 1 oz of Le Parfum off the grey market and almost wish I'd just saved what I put toward Le Parfum into the cost for Trousseau! Trousseau is better blended and the materials smell less synthetic to my nose <3 hope that helps!!

      I know, but you honestly do get what you pay for (and this isn't the most expensive perfume on the market by any means). This is the only perfume available on the market that has full transparency in its supply chain; it is legitimate farm-to-table perfumery. The people who bottle the perfumes are the same people who plant the iris seeds and harvest/ process it <3 I don't think they make ALL the fragrance chemicals used in their perfumes, but it's the closest we can get to a full farm-to-table perfume without doing it ourselves (unless someone knows of other perfumeries doing this, please prove me wrong!)
