Vanilla Bourbon Over a Woodfire

This goes on very sweet without being too overwhelming. It's very booze forward, the bourbon is very present even after drydown. The vanilla is unique in a way that's hard to describe, there's a creaminess to it that I'm having difficulty pinning down but it's different than a lot of other vanillas and I enjoy that. The wood notes in the base are subtle but do a solid job of anchoring the fragrance from being a sweet in your face gourmand, the wood and smoke combined just giving it something that makes it more mature and palatable.
