I Don’t Hate It…

The first time I tried this, I probably would have given it 2 stars, but today, I tried it on skin and I’m closer to a 3.

I love oud, but this is a pretty stinky oud. This might be the fragrance the “biker on the bench” meme is referencing, but it’s growing on me. It opens very animalic with hints of bergamot, cardamom, and pimento. The balsam and rose are there, but you have to search for them a bit. As Kingmaker dries down, the barnyardiness calms a bit, leaving a fragrance a bit more wearable than its initial offering. But again, I don’t hate it.
