I really enjoy the house of Issey Miyake and have for years, and hopped on getting this flanker blind for funsies. It has the classic Issey DNA, with an extra floral layer. It has a powdery wood note I enjoy on the down low, and is a versatile enough scent for breakfast with family on to work on to rehearsal for the community theatre. Busy day ahead and the wear is solid, but the JHAG Not a Perfume layer is my extra insurance.

    how violet is that violet? I’ve been craving violet lately and didn’t try this one yet. break a leg!

      Oh she’s VERY violet. I say “floral layer” but it is definitely the dominant note. There’s a touch of the iris there but this is a very bright violet that has you basking in it. And thank you, we’re doing Guys and Dolls!
