Is it an awkward time of year (UK at least) for perfume picking or just me?

Honestly, it's a bit fresh but still warm, quite grey but with sunny periods, might rain, might not...I don't know whether I'm coming or going! But today, it came down to Nissaba Provence or Les Alpes at 6.30am this dark morning since they both have cool, fresh elements but aren't overly sunny. Went with Les Alpes as it has a really lovely mountain freshness that borders on medicinal, like a shot of Génépi.

      This may be the way. Feels too warm to lean into spiced or amber-y frags yet!
