An elegant take on “tropical”

Mast is not fruity despite the coconut—it has a slightly green creaminess, subtle sweetness, and a well-blended woody, musky base. I love me a blowsy tropical scent, but sometimes they feel a little ~much for certain settings, and that’s when I turn to this. It’s restrained, classy, and calm while still being a distinctly summery fragrance.

I’m trying to think of fragrances to offer as reference points and my memory is failing me. The best I can say is if Hawaiian Tropic suntan lotion went to finishing school, married rich, and started hosting dinner parties in the Hamptons, this might be what it would smell like.

Performance-wise, I would say not notably better or worse than average. About 6-8 hours of an intimate scent bubble when sprayed on my clothing (which is what I do with every scent). The price is steep and it’s not going to be on discount sites, but I snagged a travel size for a reasonable price off eBay. By the time I finish it maybe I can justify the price of a FB. Until then, I’m enjoying pretending I have my life together when I wear this.
