A cozy matcha affogato

It opens up with that first hit of hot water on matcha powder: it's almost bitter but quickly morphs into an earthy green tea. Soon it warms on your skin and you get the creamy vanilla, as if you're pouring hot matcha onto vanilla bean gelato. As it dries down, the warmth from the tonka raises up the matcha and creamy vanilla and you get a hint of spice.
