Meshes of the Afternoon takes inspiration from Maya Deren’s short film of the same name. The film is experimental, surreal, dreamy, and dark - none of which I would say about the fragrance by Perfume Who.
It’s a relatively lovely and even wearable scent with rose, honey, fig, sandalwood, and ambergris. It’s safe and powdery with a subtle sweetness that I’m positive many people would enjoy, but I hoped for a bit more.
