I've been wearing this scent for 5 years, and I love it, but I totally see how it wouldn't be for everyone. It's the only JHAG fragrance I even like. And the wacky thing is that I get a burst of patchouli and spice on spray, it's almost bitter to the nose, but let it settle even a few minutes and the sweetness comes out. I find the raspberry in it lasts forever on me and that sharp patchouli note fades into a much more complementary accompaniment. This is not a gourmand by any sense, though. And interestingly, I find the scent in the bottle changed quite a lot after about a year, but has stayed fairly consistent since.

    I keep seeing people compare this to Hypnotic Poison, but I look at the notes and like....how? Have you tried hp and if you have, do you get the comparison? Very curious because I love hp but its so weak on my skin 😭

      I haven't but I'll put it on my list to sniff next time I'm at Shoppers or Sephora!
