It doesn't project, but, rather, it creates an intimate scent bubble of soft, peachy, sugary bliss; as such, you may not receive many compliments unless someone is directly in your personal space (I don't wear this for others, anyway, but have gotten compliments).
Sometimes I layer this with a base of either DedCool Xtra Milk or Nemat Amber perfume oil. Today, I had it by itself, and it worked just fine. Doesn't last long on skin, but it lasts for hours on clothes and even in hair.
