The last one in the series lol. First impressions: opens with a blast of pure unadulterated, earthy and potent patchouli… and I’m glad I sampled this on a WFH day. It reminds me of my teenage days, walking out of the Fresh Garbage shop with the beautiful 4711 still clinging to the inside out your nostrils, and into the head-shop across the way, where you were greeted with a punch of patchouli to the face. It’s settling now with the M01 pulling through and it really is quite wonderful. If you hate patchouli, avoid at all costs lol.

    Somehow, I'm this far into my perfume journey and still don't have a strong idea of my patchouli stance! I am not sure if I have anything where it's more than a part of the base, but I'll have to check...

      It’s a wonderful note. It adds so much depth and sensuality to perfumes. This is wearing well, and I’m not a layering person, but the sweet tooth in me would want to sweeten it up a bit for the summer weather.

      Have you ever tried Psychédélique by Jovoy? I've just realised I have a 2ml of this and it's very patchouli centred so I'll have to give it another try. Oh and Sulawesi by Nissaba...! Looks like I've got a patchouli day coming up!
