Molecule 01+ week - starting off with the OG

I was gifted a 01+ travel set for my birthday in May and still haven’t got round to sampling them all properly. Inspired by @happyducki, I’ve decided to do a 01+ week and will test a different one each day. But, of course, I had to start with the OG.

My passionflowers are out early due to the amazing weather we’ve had. I always think of them as ‘otherworldly’ and it’s exactly how I felt the first time I whiffed Molecule 01. 15 years ago my head spun around that fast it near cane off my shoulders as I caught a whiff of this on a colleague.. my brain immediately fell in love with a scent I had never smelt before and was alien to my olfactory system. “What is this I’m smelling??” .. of course I ordered a bottle that night, and I’ve never been without one since.

This perfume can smell very different to people. How does it smell to me? Well, I’ll post my review lol

      I do always feel sad for people who can’t whiff this.. or only get pencil shavings.. the floral note is just so beautiful 😍

      lol. I plan ahead, I did an hour of pics when I had a day off in the sun last week. That way I have them ready to go and I’m not in a rush on the way out the door.

      Oh please don’t let that put you off. Please do post away. I’m a nurse, but I did art in school so I’m really enjoying finding something that runs along with my perfume obsession and allows me to let my creative side out a bit. My family have a good giggle when I run around my garden picking flowers, doing set ups and taking pics .. they call it ‘shes perfume tinkering about again’ lol

      So I’ve had a sneaky sniff of all the 01+ I have. The ones I immediately loved was Black Tea and the Ginger one. But I haven’t sampled any of them properly yet (worn for a full day).. so it will get its wear this week!🙌🏼 I’m going with +Iris tomorrow I think, as I’m in the office.

      I always think they look almost pre-historic, like something you would find in Jurassic Park lol .. I wouldn’t say it’s great, but I love it

    Excited to see what you think of all the 01+ variations, I’ve only tried a few but I really liked them! I think patchouli stood out for me and I liked Iris but not as much as I thought (it’s been a second tho, so I might need to revisit them at some point)
