SOTD: Atrium’s Mr Cerulean × Tom Ford’s Ombré Leather EDP

Holy shit!!!! This layering combo is sen-fucking-sational.

Went roughly 65/35 in favor of Mr Cerulean, and I’m getting gorgeous wafts of everything I love about both fragrances. Cerulean’s blueberry, bright lemon, elemi, airy amber and woods are still front and center, but now they’re intertwined with the beautiful jasmine sambac and smooth suede/leather of Ombré Leather.

The blueberry and suede together are especially fucking good. It creates this unusual fruity-leather effect without going in the typical cherry or raspberry direction. Meanwhile, the elemi and airy woods bridge naturally into the leather, while the lemon keeps the whole thing bright and lifted.

Neither fragrance loses its identity; they’re melding together into something that feels completely new.

Relaxing around the house today doing laundry, chores, homework and hanging with the boys, smelling way more luxurious than the occasion calls for 😂🤘🏼

This is exactly what I want from layering. Not just two fragrances that smell good together, but two distinct compositions combining to create an entirely new experience. 🫐🍋✨🧥
