Just picked up today

It opens with that sharp, sparkling citrus-neroli snap: bitter orange peel, green stems, white petals and sea-air freshness. It feels crisp rather than juicy. Very clean, very bright, very “I live near a five-star Mediterranean hotel but I am technically wildlife.”

As it settles, the neroli becomes softer and more floral, but it never turns heavy or creamy. There’s a slightly soapy, elegant brightness running through it, almost like sunlit linen drying beside the sea. The bitterness keeps it interesting and stops it from becoming a bland citrus cologne.

The animal that I think would most likely wear this is a sea crab. It’s fresh and pretty, but also brisk and sideways. It doesn’t flop about being romantic. It clicks across the rocks in tiny designer sunglasses.
