House of Cosmo New Eden 10/10

I found this one while perusing a local niche fragrance boutique. I had an immediate “OoooOooooooOOO” reaction, put it down, smelled probably 50 other fragrances, and came back to this one for the same reaction. For me, that kind of amazement for a fragrance is pretty rare.

I had never heard of the brand or this fragrance before, so obviously I had to go home and figure out what the hell I had just bought.

The opening is gorgeous. Juicy, fruity, sweet, a little creamy, and just really addictive. It has this lush quality to it that immediately grabs your attention without smelling like some generic fruity perfume. As it starts to dry down, it gets warmer and smoother, and the sweetness settles into something a little richer and more sensual.

The whole thing just keeps getting better on my skin. It starts bright and juicy, then gets creamy and warm, and eventually settles into this really smooth, slightly woody drydown that I absolutely love. There’s a lot going on, but somehow it never feels like too much.

After getting home, I found out this was actually pretty hyped by influencers. Thankfully, I mostly ignore those, but in this case I almost missed out on a total banger.

The one negative I kept seeing was longevity, which at first I thought was going to be a real issue. After a few more wears, though, I realized I was getting around 6 to 8 hours on skin, and this thing sticks to clothes for 2 to 3 days.

I went into the store having no idea this fragrance even existed and walked out with a total gem.

Incredible. I kinda can’t believe it’s this good. Definitely recommend!
