❤️Slightly spicy chypre, fell in love at first sniff❤️

This is a spicier green chypre (as opposed to a more muguet/jasmine/oakmoss dominated classic chypre type). However they dosed the patchouli is what gives this perfume the spicy oomph I love so much that makes it different from JPG Fragile and worth having both bottles.

Edit: So, I have relatively limited experience with chypres, but I do have testers of both Chanel no5 and L'eau and now understand the difference between 'floral-aldehyde' chypre and 'bitter/green' chypre ✨️😆✨️ yay learning!

Thanks to Odalisque, I now know that I absolutely ADORE bitter chypre DNA (which def didn't used to be the case!): I prefer chypres that are carried by the bitterness of a distinct oakmoss note (and that feature a generous dose of indolic jasmine blended with lotv+iris🤤which is the case in Odalisque).

It'll announce itself when you enter a room for sure, so I wouldn't wear it to a hospital or anywhere folx must sit in close quarters. But a night out on the town? Dancing and drinks, or a concert? Perfect👌🏾I ordered this the month it was discontinued (August 2026) and they screwed up the order—hopefully the one they're sending now has the correct order in it🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾
