Smells Like the Distant (EXTREMELY DISTANT) Echo of BR 540

I have the rollerball, not the spray.

I have 8 of the M.M 10ml rollerball perfume oils, and this one is so faint, I couldn't give it higher than 1 star. None of the others would get lower than 3 stars, btw. If I had tried this one before the others, there would be NO other rollerballs from this brand in my collection😂

I can smell the faintest whiff of saffron and resin. It's clear that they tried to mimic br540, yes, but I smell the carrier oil more than any of the aromatics or sweetness I associate with br540 (which I tested then bought a 5ml. of that is still in my collection).

If I wear this on one hand and br540 on the other, this one just disappears (well, more accurately, it smells like DPG😫so I feel like I paid a premium for some slightly ambery-sweet dipropylene glycol).

I normally save 1 star reviews for fragrances that make me physically ill, but I broke my rule for this one.
