Absolue Not Your Rose

I really loved this one on paper but sadly not so much on skin.

It is a very light, very aquatic, musky and soapy perfume with faint rose over top. It smells like generic blue shower gel from a hotel (not a luxury hotel, either) 🫠 I think everything about it is mild and mediocre. I don't hate the scent, but it's just not enough for the price. It is a very fresh out of the shower scent, if that's what you're going for.

The scent is so light, but the projection is moderate. Not much of a scent cloud, but it does stick to skin well for at least 8-9 hours.

Among aquatic roses, I much prefer Maison Crivelli's Rose Saltifolia, followed by D.S. & Durga's Rose Atlantic, both of which have much more of an opinion.

Disappointed with how it worked on my skin because it was very pretty on paper, but it did have fairly good longevity. I give this a 4.5/10.
