It’s Edmond “rotten fruit” Roudnitska’s final contribution to the world of perfumery and it’s a flop! At least as far as the big companies are concerned— to me this is emblematic of the inevitable progression of his style.

Roudnitska added the calone note to his rotten fruit melange and created a beautiful men’s aquatic. I scarcely like aquatics or aquatic notes but this is sublime.

A light airy ocean breeze with a delightful citrus, bowl of overripe stonefruit papaya and mango, a strong but neutral musk, and the general semblance of a “masculine.”

It’s Dior-Dior plus Cool Water! Which is to say, Diorella plus Diorissimo plus Cool Water!
