A bit conflicted

So, when I initially sprayed it, I was delighted! It smelled heavenly.

The opening is to die for! I get the mango from time to time, but the unripened kind, not the juicy, tarty one. It is a bit tangy and zesty in combination with grapefruit and ginger. Then the dry down gets woody.

Now, I am not a heavy woody perfume lover, especially cedar. This cedar note kind of ruins this perfect scent for me. Cedar smells like cat urine on my skin, and I am not liking it one bit!

So, what I would do is leave the bottle alone for maceration and see if it gets any better.

It's long-lasting on me, with moderate projection, but it sits close to the skin.

For now, I have been trying to layer this perfume. I spray it on clothes mostly and Versace Dylan Turquoise on my skin. You need to try the combo together!
