Orange x Santal opens with a bright burst of photorealistic orange, with bitterness from the orange peel. It’s like you’ve bit into an orange, as if it was an apple, rind and all. Such a refreshing and energising opening, but it quicjly dissapates, within a minute, to reveal its true gentle nature - a super clean soapy sandalwood.
The orange is clean and soft, with just a little hint of bitter. The sandalwood is smooth and creamy without becoming overpowering. The basil, cypress and moss blend together with the orange santal accord to create a fresh and clean soapy santal with a masculine barbershop lean.
The scent also very quickly becomes a skin scent; fresh and clean, yet unassuming. Its projection is low, yet it feels intentional.
Orange x Santal feels like a perfect scent for the office, a long car journey or some luxury bathroom hotel toiletries.
