Bright, savory and astringent.

Cuts through the heat and humidity. The basil plays really well with the petitgrain giving it an aromatic boost that gives you the feeling of standing under a curious tree with lots of new growth. The rose in here is a little tricky. It feels like a young rose, not heavy at all and on my skin it rounds out and gives the fragrance a dewey smoothness. Overall it's a good composition that feels really niche but this does not surprise given some of the wonderful work Olivier Polge has done for the brand. This is one of my favorites from the Les Eaux line.
