A story in a bottle

This is easily my favourite one from this line! I put it into a "caleidoscopic" category, as it comes with this unique feature of notes coming in and out of focus one or several at a time, creating unique combinations and impressions all throughout the wear. It feels as if flipping through a storybook - every time a different scenario plays out in my head following the notes.

Speaking of the notes, this perfume evolves around the guelder rose - a lean tree with tart bright red berries, one of the symbols of Ukraine. Other notes beautifully compliment it: a crisp green apple, hay warm from the summer sun, sweet herbal tea, smoke rising to the sky, red of berries smeared on the face. It's uniquely rustic, welcoming, herbaceous, and slightly disturbing - exactly the way I like my scents. The projection isn't exactly great, and it lasts for half a day or so, which I don't exactly mind.

Sadly, as for now, it's discontinued, but I managed to get one of the last bottles, and I'll cherish it for the rest of my life.
