Peau Santal is Miller Harris’ take on a skinscent. It’s warm, inviting, smooth, and almost creamy. Pink pepper and saffron in the opening give it that warmth while bergamot adds a hint of freshness. As the top notes fade and we ease into the drydown, the olibanum and violet leaf are just gorgeous with the sandalwood and smooth cashmere.
Overall, this is a pleasant, lovely fragrance that’s surprisingly complex for a skinscent.
