Inspired by @curlyhen, finally trying this decant! First impressions: sparkly pink rose ✨ I don’t find it powdery or heavy, not particularly spicy either. I thought there would be some sort of tart citrus note like grapefruit, but I guess that’s the pink pepper (a note that always fools me). A bright and joyful scent, I like it!

    That sounds divine! I am going to get their potions discovery set for my bday in November. I own A Kiss Of Bliss from that set and really want to try this one.

    Liquid Love smells like a spicy rose. It’s not for me, but I’m thinking of gifting it to my mother-in-law.

      I know it has spicy notes but I can’t smell them 😅 my brain is interpreting it as more effervescent. I like it though

      I agree! I was hoping I’d love this enough to justify buying a bottle because they’re so prettyyy 😍 I’ll have to do a few more wear tests to decide

      Penhaligons almost always kills it with the aesthetics. Easily some of the best bottles ever (imo). Probably in my top 5 houses too honestly.

      I think it’s definitely worth a try! I was excited for the chili note but I can’t detect it (maybe this will change on subsequent wears)
